When the message appears that a download is pending, it means that the application is still open and since the download cannot overwrite opened files, the download is in pending more. Another possibility is that the download is preparing and the software is getting the download list: in this case you should simply wait for a while. Alternatively, try closing the application to start the download.

I just bought my GTA IV game for PC and have installed it, but the problem is that when I open the Rockstar Social Club license agreement, it won't allow me to click on the "I accept terms". What I must do to activate the button?

Answer by Aiden McLeod

To be able to click on the I accept Terms button, you must read the license agreement. Before you get to the bottom of the page with the reading, the application won't let you click on the "I agree" button. There is no problem with your computer nor your application.

Intel HD Graphics 4000 is not powerful enough to run the game at the minimum settings. You will experience very bad framerates which make the game unplayable. The game needs a dedicated graphics card in order to run properly along with Quad-Core CPU and DDR3 RAM.

Try to update the game to its latest version because this is a bug encountered by many users at the time of release. Apply the newest update and all should be fine. You can download the update from RockStar website.

My game isn't loading and it isn't working. What should I do?

Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City is known as a resource hogger. Even if you have a powerful computer, it will still consume resources quite heavily. It needs a powerful machine to run properly. Or you can try patching the game through its latest version because it received many updates along the way. You should also update your graphic card or replace it with one that has DDR3 memory and bandwidth equivalent of 256 KB.

I suggest you check the minimum system requirements for this game:

Operating System: Windows Vista Service Pack 1 / Windows XP Service Pack 3;
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8 GHz, AMD Athlon X2 64 2.4 GHz;
Memory: 1.0 GB for Windows XP 1.5 GB for Windows Vista;
Hard Drive: 16 GB of free space;
Video Card: 256 MB Nvidia 7900 / 256 MB ATI X1900;
DirectX: DirectX 9.0c.

If this requirements are fulfilled, try to reinstall the game and if the problem persists, you will need to contact the provider.
